Great news! If you decide to upgrade your Biolink plan after purchase because you need more features, you won't lose your existing Biolink pages. They'll be seamlessly transferred to your new plan.

For example, let's say you currently have the standard subscription with 10000 Biolink pages. You decide to upgrade to the Professional subscription. In this case, all your existing 10000 pages will automatically be included in your new Professional subscription.

Keeping Up with the Latest (Optional):

Biolinken.com regularly updates its platform and plans to offer new features and improvements. However, these updates don't automatically apply to previously purchased plans.

If you'd like to access the latest features, you can choose to upgrade to the most recent plan version. The current version number is displayed in the header (V05/24 as of May 2024).

Security Updates for All:

The good news is that security updates are always applied to all Biolink plans, regardless of version. These updates are free of charge and ensure your data is protected.

Whenever you're ready to upgrade your plan, simply visit your Biolinken.com account settings and choose the plan that best suits your needs. Your existing Biolink pages will be transferred automatically.

Yes, an invoice is automatically generated for you after payments from your account. the invoice is not sent automatically via email but you can douwnload it in your account.

You can join Biolinken for free or paid and cancel within 72 hours. Your plan starts when you accept our Terms and continues until you terminate it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. But we know that sometimes your needs can change. So if you have chosen a paid plan but cancel within 72 hours, we can make an exception (send an email to support @ biolinken.com).
